The mighty super-saloon VXR8 by Vauxhall gets this summer a potent brand new V8 engine, with more power plus improved performance. The new model allows the VXR8 model to raise the bar again among the rivals, optimizing the sophisticated rear-wheel drive chassis, further and retaining the mantle as a driver`s auto unique in its class. Called LS3, the all-new V8 engine’s capacity rises from 5967cc to 6162cc, plus thanks to different improvements of the outgoing LS2 unit, like the high-flow cylinder heads, brand new pistons and enhanced valvetrain, the power is up to 14PS to 431PS for 6000rpm.
