Late last month Mitsubishi unveiled a sketch of its Concept CX, but an actual photo of the vehicle is now available. Showing off at Frankfurt Auto Show next month, the Concept CX has the front-end styling very much alike to the Mitsubishi Lancer but the body is wrapped in a hatchback style.
CX`s power will come from a 1.8L clean diesel engine, featuring a diesel particulate filter, a variable-geometry turbocharger and a diesel oxidation catalyst. The twin-clutch transmission from Mitsubishi will also be used by the CUV. The interior will use Green Plastic – environmentally friendly and, at the rear, we should see a split tailgate.
