Aston Martin will introduce two new autos inspired by race, next to the recently revealed DBS at Frankfurt Auto Show, next month. Aston Martin showed off its newest model, the DBS, at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, in the beginning of this month.
The two vehicles appear to be a road-going variant of the DB9 and a V8 Vantage, smaller, perhaps the V8 Vantage RS; no specific details available. The base of new autos is the Vantage N24, DB9RS and aimed to the Porsche 911 GT3 and the new Ferrari F430 Scuderia.
Ulrich Bez - Aston Martin`s CEO declared that the Rapide four-door coupe is a high priority in the company. Marek Reichman – the chief designer at Aston Martin said the car will arrive in 2009 or 2010 and the price will be approximately $400,000. Also, Aston Martin is working on a super car, all-new, named the DBX, but Bez didn’t want to comment on it, just than it will surpass the sedan's $400,000 cost and it will be unveiled after the Rapide.
