Apparently China Automobile Deutschland — the company Mercedes-Benz feels to be the best for a ForTwo look-alike — will face maybe the same legal action from BMW. The latest SUV from China Automobile Deutschland, nicked the CEO, shows a powerful resemblance, more from a side profile and rear view, to the last-generation BMW X5. The CEO will probably be unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto Show.
According to Automotive News, BMW will consider legal action if the CEO is revealed and probably try to stop the European production of the SUV. The IAA, the administration system for the show next month, has regulations set that copyright violators are forced to remove the products and its entire space in exhibition from the show floor if a court imposed it.
