The Verve concept auto by Ford destined for the Frankfurt Motor Show next week shows hints of the new design theme for a host of future Ford vehicles, first being the substitution for the Fiesta hatch, which by chance, the new name could be the Verve. The actual production of Ford autos in a design studio have been spotted by the spy photographers - sporting a very alike glasshouse into the concept vehicle as well as the streamlined profile and clear-lens taillights.
The based is the same platform like in the new Mazda2; the new Fiesta model will benefit from the identical weight-reduction system found in Mazda. It has a similar engine lineup which includes a new 1.8L turbodiesel co-created with PSA Peugeot Citroen 1.3L and petrol engines at 1.6L.
