Lamborghini unveiled its new Reventon superauto at the Frankfurt auto show. Having the base on the Murci茅lago sports vehicle, the Reventon is inspired by the fighter jet F-22 Raptor.
New reports indicate the auto will cost around $1.6 million 鈥� significantly higher than Murci茅lago $300,000 MSRP. Actually, anyone who wants the vehicle has been asked to deposit almost that amount.
The Revent贸n runs with 650 horsepower, 487 pound feet of torque. Lamborghini will build only 20 Reventons, and we hear all units have been ordered.
The first speculation about the extraordinary Lambo surfaced online on the Ferrari Chat discussion forums, after future buyers reported putting money down on the autos.
