Holden Commodore in Europe

Soon, Opel might be selling a luxury European variant of the Holden Commodore. This new model will be replacing the Omega (discontinued in 2003) and will become the flagship for Opel.

The first attempt in replacing Omega with the Signum – a stretched Vectra, was a total failure, that Opel claimed won’t be happening again whit the replacement of Vectra in 2008.

`We are … interested in the V6 luxury specification,` said Mr Demant last week at the Frankfurt motor show. `We do know the vehicle is available and I must say I like the vehicle very much. But I need to obviously get support from my marketing colleagues before we import it.`
