Audi has already sold `11 or 13 units` of its R8 sportsauto. That`s positive. Not so positive is that two of them have already showed up on Ebay. The bad thing is this: one of seller sought the hefty price of $241,000.
`It annoys me and embarrasses me,` says Johan de Nysschen de Nysschen, America`s executive vice president of Audi. In extensive talks before the auto went on sale current month, de Nysschen added that, for the US, a cost of 115 grand was `the top. Prices can鈥檛 go any higher,` he says.
Neither one of the R8s cars has received an offer. And one would-be seller, with a minimum bid - $160,000, has pulled the vehicle off the auction set.
