Lexus chief Takeshi Yoshida said at a media event that the new IS-F will be on the US market beginning February next year. The auto will be on sale in Japan beginning at Christmas at a cost of 7.66 million ($66,000); the United State pricing is not available yet.
`The thing we are lacking in the United States is the emotional offering` said Lexus chief Takeshi Yoshida at this media event. `We hope this car achieves it`.
The V8 5.0-liter sedan is the first F model in the Lexus lineup. F is Toyota`s high-technology answer to the BMW`s M and Mercedes AMG family.
