Abarth will debut in March the Fiat 500 during the Geneva Motor Show, while the SS model, the highest in the class will be introduced right before the summer. The price is likely to be at 拢13,500 / 拢15,000 respectively. So, the 500 SS will be delivering enough power to race against the flagship Cooper S from MINI.
The basic Abarth 500`s engine makes 135bhp, the SS version has even more power, delivering 155bhp. Having the kerbweight of around 1,000kg, the 500 model promises to be a extraordinary performer: it will make the 0-60mph sprint in just 7.5 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 130mph.
Abarth will offer also a special kit for tuning, delivering 180 hp and running from 0 to 60 mph in less than 5 seconds.
