A picture of the Equator from Suzuki has been leaked before of the auto`s Chicago Auto Show revealing next week. Based on the Frontier by Nissan, the mid-size pickup truck will be made at Nissan`s Smyrna, Tennessee factory.
While no other details remain available, the extra model helps Suzuki with its expansion in North America. Suzuki, last year, reached its goal, topping 100,000 sales in the United States.
The engine choices are still a mystery, but the Equator model could be motivated by exactly the same engine range that`s in the Frontier. However, it`s believed that the Equator will cost less than the Frontier.
