Ford launched a brand new factory-customized car – the 2009 Edge Sport. The Sport variant joins the SE, SEL and Limited units in the area – and makes the Edge the first auto in its department to bring a customized automobile.
The Edge Sport 2009 is offered with polished 22-inch aluminum wheels or the basic 20-inch premium painted wheels having branded center hubs.
The eight-piece body kit of the Edge Sport includes the unique front air dam, lower door caps, a rear skirt, side skirts, all finished in body color, not like the dark lower on some other Edge autos. The front air dam has a lower grille insert and integrated fog lamps. These elements mixed with the unique tires and wheels are creating a sporty personality.
