Today, the FlexFuel Chevy HHR was revealed during the speech that took place in the Midwest Automotive Media Association breakfast that opened press days for the Auto Show in Chicago. The HHR become the newest Chevrolet FlexFuel when it will be on sale later this year.
The HHR model will be available featuring an Ecotec 2.2-liter or aan Ecotec four-cylinder 2.4-liter engine, both compatible with the E85. For the first time, the 2.2L Ecotec is equipped with VVT (variable valve timing), technology assuring precise valves opening and closing and accurate combustion gases control to improve the performance and efficiency of the engine. The 2.4L Ecotec is still offering VVT.
