New spyshots have appeared on motor.authority on the upcoming 2009 Accord Euro from Honda, this time in its wagon bodystyle, the so-called 鈥濼ourer鈥�. Just several days ago, the vehicle has been surprised while making some tests in U.S.A, California, and just now across the ocean, in Europe. The U.S. market will first receivde just the sedan version, and later on there will probably also see the diesel option, although this could take quite some time after the launch of the redeisgned vehicle.
The image of the 2009 Accord seems to be everywhere on the profile sites, reavealing the car鈥檚 exact cues, including its new bumper and glass house. The headlights are the only parts that were not revealed, but anyway it is not hard for one to imagine how the car should look in its final stage.
The Accord Euro will be among the first cars to offer an entirely Euro 5-compliant engine lineup and it will be powered by a range of advanced, low emissions engines. In the current range there are two petrol engines of 2.0L and 2.4L capacities and a 2.2L diesel engine that for sure will modified and the power output will be boosted and fuel economy significantly improved for the new version from Honda. The new vehicle will be presented at next month鈥檚 Geneva Motor Show and will be brought to market in Europe by the summer of this year, while for its cousin, the Acura version, we will have to wait until the end of the year.
