Ford UK announced pricing today for the brand new Kuga crossover that will be on sale beginning June. The Kuga model will be available in two different variants: Zetec costing £20,495 and Titanium at a price of £22,495.
Powered by the Duratorq TDCi 136PS 2.0-litre diesel engine with basic particulate filter having six-speed manual transmission, Kuga has full-time intelligent Haldex AWD system. The engine makes 320Nm of torque with 2,000rpm, 340Nm in transient over boost. With mixed fuel consumption of 44.1mpg it achieves also class-leading CO2 levels – 169 g/km.
Standard features has - keyless start, air conditioning, 17-inch alloy wheels, ESP (Electronic Stability Programme), ABS with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), Ford Easy fuel, MP3 connector and Thatcham category 1 alarm.
The Ford Kuga has the base on the acclaimed C-car architecture of Ford – well proven in both the Ford C-MAX and the Ford Focus. Intelligent AWD system, distinctive design and impressive on/off-road ability make the Kuga model an attractive proposition.

Titanium adds the rain sensing wipers, partial leather trim, blue tinted glass, automatic headlights, cruise control, and dual electronic control of the air temperature. Additional premium options include: panoramic roof, USB connectivity, DAB radio and rear facing camera.
New features to the department and to Ford include the dual split-tailgate design – that offers flexibility and convenience having separate access to either glass upper tailgate section or both areas simultaneously.
The auto is available in nine body color choices including two all new metallic colors – `Electric White` and `Chill`.
