Dacia has unveiled its brand new Sandero hatchback at the Motor Show in Geneva. The Sandero will be made in Pitesti, Romania and will be found in most European countries beginning this year in June. The Sandero model will carry also the three year/100,000 km Dacia warranty.
Available as five-door hatchback, the exterior of the Sandero features a modern look and has a stylish C-pillar — although the thickness most definitely hinders the outward visibility. Laterally, Sandero presents an "upturned wave" design theme.
The Sandero’s interior is new also and can be ordered in a large range of material and color combinations.
Under the hood, Sandero is available in a range of diesel and gasoline engines. For buyers who prefer the gas power, Dacia's Sandero unit offers a 1.4L producing 75 horsepower plus a 1.6L one making 90 horsepower. Options of the diesel engine include a 1.5L dCi featuring 70 horsepower plus a 1.5L dCi fitted for 85 horsepower.
