Subaru confirmed now the official revealing of the Exiga 7-Seater crossover model on June 17th. Only a few days before the introduction of the auto caught testing on California. The auto will be on sale early in 2009.
Subaru Exiga has a big bonnet scoop – lifted from the Impreza STi – and a rear spoiler plus split twin tailpipes.
It will run with the newly created 2.0 and 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engines, while the 3.0-liter model in the present Subaru stable will definitely be dropped.
The newly launched boxer diesel unit will be used as blueprint for maximizing the performance, efficiency of these petrol models. Resulting an output of 200bhp that's from the naturally aspirated 2.0 engine plus more than 300bhp from turbo 2.5-liter.
