The European manufactured 2008 Land Rover LR3 was specifically crafted to cater to the American marketplace and offers transportation for up to 7 passengers in a luxuriously designed SUV. It's versatile and rugged construction offers luxurious features and an appealing design, a prestigious nameplate and an advanced suspension system that accommodates off road excursions just as well as it handles a long ride along the highway.

A Luxury Options Package is available for the HSE that includes adaptive headlights, upgraded leather upholstery and all the features found in the Cold Climate Options package.
Both models are powered by a 4.4-liter V8 that is capable of 300 horsepower. The driver controls sending the power through a six-speed automatic transmission to an advanced 4 wheel drive system by simply changing the rotary dial to 1 of 5 settings - general, snow/grass/gravel, mud and ruts, sand, and rock craw- that will optimize handling and power to accommodate the current driving conditions. The LR3 also features an independent suspension that enables it to utilize electronically controlled air springs that automatically adapt to just about any terrain. When properly equipped, this SUV s very capable of towing a very hefty 7,700 pounds.
